Vignesh Puthur is an Indian cricketer who plays as a bowler. He is a left-arm chinaman bowler and bats left-handed. He was born on March 2, 2001, in Perinthalmanna, Kerala.  

Puthur first came to the attention of the Mumbai Indians' talent scouts while playing for Alleppey Ripples in the Kerala Cricket League in 2024. He had not played any senior-level cricket for Kerala before this, but his performances in the KCL were enough to convince the Mumbai Indians to sign him for the 2025 IPL season.  

Puthur is a relatively unknown player, but he can potentially become a star in the future. He is a talented bowler with a unique style, and he is also a useful lower-order batsman. If he can continue to develop his game, he could become an important asset for the Mumbai Indians.
